The Montclair State University Information Technology Service Desk is the initial point of contact for the BC Community for technology related questions and issues.
What we do?
We provide technical support and resolve problems for on-campus computer systems including, but not limited to, the operating system, software applications, network account issues, email-access, wireless, internet and network connection, as well as other on-campus technology related issues.

BC Help Desk: 185 Liberty St. (1st Floor – Room #1) (Across the street from the Library.)
BC ID Center: Located inside the Help Desk (1st Floor – Room #2)
